Return and Refund Policy

At WOW Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order or if there is an issue, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.


Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. To ensure a smooth return process:

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Include the tracking number for your return.
  • All returns must be registered via our customer service team before sending the items back.

Upon receiving the returned goods, we will process a refund for the purchase price. Please note that if you purchased the wrong item, the product does not fit, or you no longer wish to keep it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the package includes a return receipt.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or defective, please contact our support team immediately. To process your claim, provide the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • The name of the damaged item.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photographic evidence of the damage or fault.

If your package was damaged during delivery, please take a photo of the parcel and send it directly to our customer service team. Claims for damaged parcels must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement without sufficient proof of the damage.

If the item is deemed faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.


Incorrect Items

If you have received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • The name of the item you ordered but did not receive.
  • The name and a photo of the item you received.

Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct item.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the unwanted product and placing a new order for the correct one.


Return Charges

  • For Faulty or Damaged Items: If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or defective, there will be no return shipping charge.
  • For Customer-Initiated Returns: If the item is being returned because it is the wrong product, does not fit, or is no longer wanted, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping and obtaining a return receipt.
